God The Father Is Promoting The Traditional, Tridentine Latin Mass

God The Father
Is Promoting The Traditional,
Tridentine Latin Mass

God Our Heavenly Father, King of all Nations
repeated hundreds of times to Margaret Durbin, USA:

“All My children must pray the way I ask.”

The prayer of the Holy Mass, which was canonized by the Canon Missae, became the Law of Prayer, Lex Orandi. The Law of Prayer of the Holy Mass establishes the Law of Faith, Lex Credendi.

(Saint Prosper d'Aquitaine, IVth century)

“We do not pray at the Holy Mass,
but the Holy Mass itself is our Greatest Prayer.”

( Saint  Pope  Pius  X )

EXCERPTS FROM SOME MESSAGES OF GOD THE FATHER ABOUT THE TRIDENTINE LATIN MASS

Source: http://margaretdurbin2012.blogspot.com

In His messages of 2012 to Margaret Durbin, USA, God The Father has been promoting the traditional, Tridentine Latin Mass.

On May 17, 2012, God The Father said that all must attend the Holy Mass that He instituted.  He said to Margaret, “The true Mass that I instituted is the true Latin Mass… All of those who do not have the true Latin Mass to go to must tell Me.  Then they are to say, ‘O Heavenly Father, I am in the True Arena.  I will go to the true Holy Latin Mass as soon as I can.  I will pray the way You ask.’…and all must all go to the true Latin Mass, the one that I gave to the holy and the true consecrated Roman Catholic priests.....

All must all know I am not in the true English Mass.  I have said  over  and  over, they  are  not  doing  as  I have asked, as I have instructed my holy priests to say and do.  All Masses must all be conducted in the true Latin way, the true way I am in the true Holy Mass.”

God The Father explains that He did not institute the current (novus ordo) English Mass.  He explains that the Mass He instituted is the Tridentine Latin Mass.

On May 17, 2012, God The Father said to Margaret, “The true English Mass is not the Mass I told My apostles to celebrate… I will tell all they are all going to go to the true Holy Latin Mass, and you explain to them that Margaret said the true Tridentine Latin Mass is the true Latin Mass that I am talking about here…I am asking all to go to the Latin Mass.  I have instituted the Latin Mass… The Latin Mass is the most important, and the one I am in.  I am not in the English Mass.  I have said I am not in that Mass.  All must go to the Latin Mass.  All must pray the way I ask… This is  what I need.  This is what I want.”

On May 30, 2012, God The Father stated, “The true saints all must all go to the only Mass that I instituted.  This is the true Tridentine Latin Mass… The true holy, the true sacred, must have the respect of all the whole world.”

On June 20, 2012, God The Father expressed His anger about the current English Mass to Margaret Durbin with these words:  “I am going to say I will destroy all the true sanctuaries everywhere there are any English Masses.  I have said I am not in those places of worship.  The true children of Mine must say they will fight to the end, and they will say they will not go to any English Mass anywhere at all.  The true Mass must be read and celebrated in Latin everywhere there are any priests to say Mass at all.  I am not going to allow any English Mass to be celebrated.  I am not going to permit it again and again.  I have told Margaret Durbin she must tell all in the whole world I have spoken, and all are not listening.  I am going to reveal (that) the true saints all everywhere are not in the true state of grace.  This is because they are not going to the true Latin Mass that I instituted.  They are not receiving the true Body of Mine  at  all. The  true saints  everywhere  have  been deceived by the Devil… I am not going to give anymore anyone true absolution of their sins when they do not go to the true Latin Mass…I am not going to forgive them if they do not do as I ask.  They do not want to do as I ask either.  This is so shameful, and neither will I spare any of those from any kind of catastrophe either...Very firmly will I tell each and every one of My saints they must all attend the true Latin Mass.

Furthermore, God The Father states, “I am going to tell each one the true presence of the Body and the Blood is not in the true English Mass at all.  I am going to issue a decree to be read in the hierarchy of the Roman Catholic Church.  And I will say it must be carried out…It must state that the true Faith will never be the old Faith, and all must all pray to be in the old Faith, the Faith  I taught  the  Apostles when  I was  on Earth.”

On August 21, 2012, God The Father stated, “All the priests, all the bishops, all the cardinals, and the Pope must all pray, sing, and do as I ask.  All must all be united in the true holy Roman Catholic Mass under the title, ‘the true holy Roman Catholic Latin Mass,’ now and forever and ever.”

On July 15, 2012, God The Father told Margaret Durbin, “The true vernacular of the Latin Mass must be read in all the Catholic churches throughout the land everywhere in the whole world.  I am not going to excuse anyone any more, My child.  I have said the true Latin Mass must be read, and it must have the true words I gave to the true apostles when I walked the Earth.”

On August 28, 2012, God The Father stated to Margaret Durbin:  “Now, the true ‘Table of Restoration’ will soon be the one I will say has to be won.  And the true saints all will all be around the true ‘Table of Restoration. I am going to say all must all be anointed.  All must all have the true Cross on their foreheads.  And the true saints all will have the true priests.  The true holy Catholic Church has to be recognized.  And now all will all say they have won the true victory.  I am going to say all are in the true victory.”  God The Father goes on to say, “I am your true God The Father.  I am the true Creator of all.  I have given My all to do the true and final message of the true generation, and all will all see the true message to be carried out, and very soon to be.”

… “On March 05, 2013, Time Before Pope Benedict Resigned. Message #14 from God The Holy Spirit to Do Van Nguyen: “Amen, I am telling you the truth. After Pope Benedict, there will not be the true one who comes from Me and much confusion will start in the Universal Church.

“As you know, the enemy has been planning to destroy the holiness in My Sanctuary on Earth where the believers come and profess their faith through the Holy Mass. And many years have passed, and I am not happy to see the way that the people are doing after 1960. Therefore, the churches have failed to worship Me as the God of Authority, and because of wrong doing, the churches are falling apart and the enemy won over with their sins.

But unfortunately, many children of faith cannot recognize it. Sadly, they continue to worship the truth, but it is not the truth as they think. Therefore, many problems have occurred inside the Vatican to make the Pope give up his papacy in this modern time.

On March 15, 2013,  Message #06 to Do Van Nguyen:Amen, I am telling you now. As long as the priests do not say the Mass in Latin, they will receive no grace and blessing because I want to free all My creation by restoring the Catholic faith, and they must go back to the way it was. For this reason, I have come to instruct people to obey Me rather than follow the Church, because they all are deceived by My enemy who tried to destroy My earthly Sanctuary because the sins are over My limitation with what people do.”

“My child, you inform about My message to the world and what I really want for My children, but they do not want to accept the truth. They must see how My words are important for the Salvation of their souls as well as the blessings which I give them and My protection from this dangerous world….”

On March 25, 2013,  Message #28 to Do Van Nguyen:  I am telling you now and you will be shocked in the near future with what people will do against My command to change the New Mass from the Old Mass in Latin. After more than 40 years of changing the Order of the Mass, My mercy has covered all the sacrilege of what people do, but I am the Judge, and all must face  My judgment whether they are the good or the bad. For this reason, I want to tell you that a very important part of My message is: listen to your hearts and do not behave like others, who do not want to obey My Will because they do not believe the Truth.”

On June 24, 2013, Message #42 to Do Van Nguyen: “Amen, I am telling you the truth: without this Holy Mass, the world doesn’t exist because He is the Sun, the Stars in the universe. In other words, by His Sacrifice, He becomes the Light of the World.”

“However, mankind is so proud by himself. In fact, he follows the disobedience of the fallen angels who tried to challenge Me by the power that I had given to him who is Lucifer.  And at this time, he has won with people’s sins because they tried to destroy My sanctuary on the Earth by leading people to celebrate the New Mass. I repeat again and again: many Catholics believe in Me but do not glorify and worship Me in the way I want them to do. Therefore, many bishops, priests and nuns were deceived by the enemy and the sad thing is: they know the Latin Mass is the True Holy Mass, but for their convenience, they continue to commit sins by all the sacrileges that they do around the world.”

On March 19, 2016, at 10:15am. Message #364 from God The Father to Do Van Nguyen: “As I have said before, if the Latin Mass did not exist, this world would be gone because it has no light. In fact, the moon, the stars will disappear and the world will be paused, and there is nothing to exist, but Heaven is always there, because it is My Kingdom. For this, every time you go to the true Mass, I am there to bless you and whoever you pray for, because it has a connection between Heaven and earth.”

On May 1, 2021 at 02:49, Words from God Our Heavenly Father, King of all Nations to Margaret Durbin in Evansville,
 Indiana, USA
: “My child, I want you to tell the world they all must kneel down when they accept the Host in the mouth…  Upon receiving Holy Communion, this they must do.  They must all do this, because their reverence has been lost when they cannot do this….“I am also going to stress this to you that all females must now wear a head covering when they are a participant in the Mass.  My child, this is a must.  You must do as I ask.”  (Margaret Durbin then reported to her typist that she, Margaret, found some Words in Holy Scripture about head coverings, namely 1 Corinthians 11:1-16.)

VIRGIN OF GUADALUPE

THE LIGHT

MESSAGE FROM OUR BLESSED MOTHER,
MOTHER OF GOD, THE VIRGIN MARY,
GIVEN THROUGH SISTER GUADALUPE

About The Second Vatican Council

And The Holy Mass

Guatemala, May 13, 1990

  ………………….

“Today, My dear children; as an act of love for you, I am going to unmask the Devil, because as a Loving Mother, I don't want you to die in his horrible hands.

“Yes, My children, I am going to unmask him because I am the One Who is going to crush his head. I am not going to allow him to keep on destroying the Lord's flock. Believe in My words, because if you believe them, you will be saved. Look, what I want is your salvation. Do not mix the Light with the darkness, because if you do, the Devil will annihilate you. He wants to destroy the Church and Her Doctrine.

“He began with the Holy Sacrifice of the Cross, the innermost part of all of the Doctrine of  My Divine Son, Jesus Christ. Now My sons, the priests, are passing through a deadly crisis, because they introduced into the Church false prophets, false seers, and false priests, who, as predatory wolves, are deceiving the Lord's flock, and are teaching an adulterated doctrine with other beliefs that were born of men. They do this so that My other children lose the magnitude of the Passion and Death of the Lord. They are teaching that the Death of My Divine Son, Jesus, has no value for humanity, and this was done by the Devils, who use men to help them destroy the faith in the hearts of My children.”

“My Divine Son, Jesus, died on the Cross for you and His Sacrifice is the offering that He made to God the Father, because this Sacrifice destroys the Devil, death, and sin, and opens Heaven, so that you can enter and reconcile yourselves with the Lord.”

“My Divine Son, Jesus, redeemed sinful man with His Precious Blood. He was sacrificed to save humanity, to make the supreme dominion of God, and to apply to you the satisfying merits of His Passion and Death. The Holy Mass is the Sacrifice of Calvary. This is why you must not say that the Mass is a banquet, or a simple meal, because it isn't.

“Leave this grave error, because with this error in your hearts, and in your minds, you insult God, you despise His Sacrifice, and you trample on the Precious Blood that He shed on the Cross for you.”

“My children, I am going to tell you a great truth. The Mass that is being celebrated in the Church is not the true Mass. It is not the Sacrifice of My Divine Son, Jesus Christ, because the priests, in their tremendous pride, have changed everything, even the words of the Consecration.”

“I want to make it perfectly clear to you that this Mass is not the Sacrifice of My Divine Son, because what the priests celebrated today is a product of an apostasy, an apostasy that began in the Church Herself, where proud and presumptuous men wanted to be more than God, and in an ominous Council, where the Holy Ghost was not present. But who was present, was the unclean spirit of the Devil that changed the Mass, and renovated the Doctrines, the Laws, and the Liturgy of the Church, and placed next to the true God false gods, false doctrines, and false rites.”

“My children, I am speaking about the Council that spread confusion, darkness, error, and lies in the Church and in the whole world. It is the Second Vatican Council.

“My dear children, run from the ominous Council, so that its darkness does not contaminate you and dim the Light that My Divine Son Jesus gave you when you were baptized. Run, My children, from its renovated, dark, and confused doctrine, because it comes from Hell, and its only goal is to deceive and destroy My children.”

“Listen and discern! These are the times of the false prophets, false seers, false priests, false apostles of the last times, and false children of God. In order that you are able to discover who they are, and that they do not deceive you, I am going to give you a sign, so that you will not be confused. All those that say that everything that is new, renovated, and changed in the Church and in the Doctrine, and that everything that comes from the ominous Council is good and true, do not believe it, because it is false. This Council was not inspired by God, but by the Devil. Everything that comes from it is evil.”

“I am talking now to My true children, to the true children of God, because you are in the time when the true children of the Light must stand up, and fight against the errors.

“The children of the Light should not be afraid, lukewarm, timid, or weak, because My Immaculate Heart will be with you. Begin now to defend, as true children, the Doctrine of Jesus Christ. Fight against the children of darkness, against the servants of the Devil who, with lies and deceit, are devouring the Lord's flock. Do not hide the Light that My Divine Son Jesus Christ gave you at Baptism, because in His First Coming, He said: "No one lights the lamp, and put it in a corner, nor do they hide it under the bed, but they put it in a candle stick so that those who enter can see the Light. The lamp of your bodies is your eyes, and if your eyes are pure, your entire body will be illuminated. But if they are evil, your body will be in darkness. Be careful, and see to it that your Light does not have any part of darkness, because if your whole body is illuminated, and does not have any darkness, all of it will shine as if a lamp was illuminating you with a bright Light."

“This means that the Truth of God, His Light, His Wisdom, His Doctrine should not have any darkness, and that is to say, be mixed with other doctrines invented by men. You must not mix the true God with the false gods that were invented by the Devil. Because if you do this, your Light will contain darkness and be dim, and your lamp will not illuminate.

……..“Times are coming when the true adorers will worship the Eternal Father in spirit, and in truth, because these are the adorers that the Eternal Father is seeking, because God is a Spirit, and those who adore Him will adore Him in Spirit and Truth.

“I bless you, My beloved children, in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost.”

“May the peace, the joy, the faith and love remain in your hearts. And do not forget, My children, that in the middle of the horrendous darkness, My Immaculate Heart will triumph. With My triumph, you will triumph. Don’t fear, because My Divine Son Jesus defeated the world.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Except in the very beginning, this Council was not inspired throughout by God, but by the Devil.  Most everything that came from this Council was evil, since the enemy of God infiltrated Vatican II.

Mary Agnes Kumar clarifies as follows:  "A priest in Singapore has explained that some early documents in Vatican II by some faithful Church leaders are still helpful.  But we can witness that following those early documents, the Council became a disaster.  The enemy within the Church allowed these early documents to arouse support in the world for the Second Vatican Council, and then after the support was won, the enemy readily took over.  The enemy within the Church had a wise plot.  The fruit of the Second Vatican Council has wounded and greatly injured the Bride of Christ, as Our Lady has indicated."

The Dangers of the New Mass

http://www.catholicapologetics.info/modernproblems/newmass/whydeadly.htm

"From the rising of the sun even to the going down, my name is great among the Gentiles, and in every place there is sacrifice, and there is offered to my name a clean oblation: for my name is great among the Gentiles, saith the Lord of hosts."  (Malachias 1:11)

St. Augustine said:  "He who devoutly hears Holy Mass will receive a great vigor to enable him to resist mortal sin, and there shall be pardoned to him all venial sins which he may have committed up to that hour."1

Had Satan been aware that Jesus Christ is the Second Person of the Blessed Trinity, he would have never pushed for the Crucifixion.  Every True Mass reminds him, once again, of his terrible mistake and at the same time it is a vehicle for bestowing infinite grace on mankind.  It is no wonder that the devil has an intense hatred for the True Mass.

St. John Fisher said:  "He who goes about to take the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass from the Church plots no less a calamity than if he tried to snatch the sun from the universe."2

St. Alphonsus said:  "The devil has always attempted, by means of heretics, to deprive the world of the Mass, making them precursors of the antichrist, who before anything else, will try to abolish and will actually abolish the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, as a punishment for the sins of men, according to the prediction of Daniel, 'And strength was given him against the continual sacrifice."3 (Daniel 8:12)

St. Robert Bellarmine said:  "When we enter ornate and clean Basilicas, adorned with crosses, sacred images, altars and burning lamps, we most easily conceive devotion.  But on the other hand, when we enter the temples of the heretics, where there is nothing except a chair for preaching and a table for making a meal, we feel ourselves to be entering a profane hall and not the House of God."4

Luther's slogan was:  "Take away the Mass, destroy the Church."5

St. John Vianney said:  "All the good works together are not of equal value with the Sacrifice of the Mass because they are the works of man, and the Holy Mass is the work of God."6

How did we get the Mass?

A general history:  In his letter to the Corinthians in the year 88 A.D., Pope St. Clement of Rome (martyr and fourth Pope after St. Peter), wrote that Our Lord laid down the order of the Mass, referring to the Offertory, Consecration and Communion.  St. Justin the Martyr (in his writings, 155 A.D.) stated that after His Resurrection, Our Lord taught the Apostles how to say Mass.

Many liturgical historians believe that the writings of St. Clement and St. Justin were expressed in a formal way by St. Ambrose (approximately 360 A.D.) in a book titled, De Sacramentis.  De Sacramentis essentially contains the canonized Mass prayers.  The Mass prayers appeared in written form only three hundred years after Jesus Christ's death.  It was in the 4th century that Latin became the official language of the Church and the word missa was introduced.  This was probably introduced by St. Ambrose in the Leonine Sacramentary (Pope St. Leo in 450 A.D.) and the Gelasian Sacramentary (Pope Gelasius I in 498 A.D.).  The essential parts of this missal were found to be almost the same as those in the Tridentine Mass.  In the year 600 A.D., Pope St. Gregory the Great (590-604 A.D.) finished his Gregorian Sacramentary, which is essentially the Mass "codified" by Pope St. Pius V in 1570.7

The True Mass goes back to Apostolic times; and it was "codified", solidified, or set in stone by St. Pope Pius V in his Papal Bull Quo Primum Tempore on July 14, 1570.  Pope St. Pius V specified the exact Mass ritual "of and for" the Roman Rite.  Only this Liturgy or Ritual was to be used from that time until the end of time (for the Roman Rite).  The Canon with the exception of one short clause, inserted by Pope Gregory the Great, had remained unchanged ". . . until 1962, when John XXIII added the name of St. Joseph to the Canon of the Mass.  A total of 26 words have been added to the Traditional Canon, by Popes Leo (440-461 A.D.) and St. Gregory the Great (590-604 A.D.).  Thus, as the Council of Trent accurately states, the Canon is composed out of the very words of the Lord, the tradition of the Apostles, and the pious institutions of the holy Pontiffs."8

Names Given to the Roman Rite of the Mass

It is called "the Mass of All Times" (because it dates back to the Apostles in its essential elements--though it is eternal in its nature), the "Tridentine Mass" (only because the 16th century Council of Trent <Tridentum in Latin> ordered it to be "codified"), the "Mass of Pius V" (after the Pope who actually "codified" it in 1570), and on occasion (but loosely and incorrectly) "the Latin Mass" (incorrectly because any Rite can be translated into Latin and because the Novus Ordo Missae itself was issued originally in Latin).9  The True Mass should be called the Roman Rite of the Mass.  This way there isn't any confusion.

New World Order:  New Order of the Mass

In the middle to late 1960's, Rome started to have the Mass said in the vernacular and then in 1970, Paul VI gave us a whole new rite of Mass called the "Novus Ordo Missae".  It is not by chance that the enemies of the True Faith who are building "a Novus Ordo Seclorum" (a new world order) would establish "a Novus Ordo Missae" (a new order of the Mass) to destroy the Roman Catholic Church.  Even in the original Latin form, the New Mass was bad enough, but after going to the vernacular through the International Committee on English in the Liturgy (ICEL), disaster ensued, and the questions of validity were justified.  A total of 35 prayers or approximately 70% of the Tridentine Mass has been replaced or discarded.10

Ambiguous, Wishful Thinking; Binding No One

Here is what Paul VI put in the new Roman Missal on April 3, 1969:  #13 "We hope that the Missal will be received by the Faithful" and #15 "We wish that these, our decrees and prescriptions, may be firm and effective."11  To impose a law the Pope must make it clear to the Church that a Law is being imposed, or that he is binding the Church to use this New Mass.  He did not do so.  What Paul VI did had nothing to do with the Church's indefectibility or the Pope's infallibility.  Paul VI said on November 19, 1969:  "This Rite (New Mass) and its related rubrics are not in themselves a dogmatic definition."12  Paul VI did not and could not change the Roman Rite of the Mass.

The People Supercede the Priest as the Indispensable Element

It is not necessary to examine all four of the Eucharistic prayers in the New Mass.  However, let's look at Eucharistic Prayer #3:  The following words are addressed to the Lord:  "From age to age you gather a people to yourself, in order that from East and West a perfect offering may be made to the glory of your Name."13  This phrase makes it clear that it is the people, rather than the priest, who are the indispensable element in the celebration.

In the Encyclical Mediator Dei, Pope Pius XII condemned the statement that "the eucharistic sacrifice" is an authentic concelebration of the priest as well as of the people present.

Biblical Prefigurement of True and False Worship

The purpose of the True Mass is the praise and adoration of Almighty God through the Sacrifice of Christ, who is the invisible priest and victim.  The difference between the New Mass and the True Mass is the difference between Cain and Abel.  We are told:  "The Lord had respect to Abel and to his offerings.  But to Cain and his offerings, He had no respect"  (Gen. 4:3-5).  At the beginning of human history, the two brothers set the pattern of true and false religious observance for all time.  One was an immolation in expiation of sin, the other merely a friendly exchange of gifts between man and God.  One was acceptable, the other was not.14

It has been said that in countries, such as Poland, the Communist Party uses their "inspectors of religion," to keep under surveillance those priests who say the True Mass, but they leave alone those who say the New Mass.15

Freemasonry Wields the Axe to the Root

"Archbishop Bugnini was a consultant in the Sacred Congregation of the Propagation of the Faith, and in the Sacred Congregation of Holy Rites.  He was also the chairman of the Concilium which drafted the Novus Ordo Missae.  Archbishop Annibale Bugnini was a freemason, initiated into the Masonic Lodge on April 23, 1963 (Masonic Register of Italy dated 1976).  Monsignor Bugnini was removed from his office in the Vatican when it became public that he was a Mason.  And instead of being publicly reproved, or required to renounce his Masonic membership, he was appointed Papal Nuncio to Iran."16

The president of this Concilium was Cardinal Lecaro, a man whom Cardinal Bacci called, "Luther resurrected."17

When we discuss the New Mass we must consider the authors.  Whereas Paul VI was formally and juridically responsible, it was actually composed by the Concilium, which consisted of some 200 individuals, many of whom had functioned as periti ("expert theologians") during Vatican Council II.  The Concilium was helped by six Protestant 'observers' (ministers) who played a huge part in developing the New Mass.  "Paul VI publicly thanked them for their assistance in re-editing in a new manner liturgical texts so that the lex orandi (the law of prayer) conformed better with the lex credendi (the law of belief)."18  You need a new liturgy for a new religion.  The New Mass is the new law of non-Catholic belief.

Attempting the Destruction of the Roman Rite

Jean Guitton (an intimate friend of Paul VI) wrote:  "The intention of Pope Paul VI with regard to what is commonly called the Mass, was to reform the Catholic Liturgy in such a way that it should almost coincide with the Protestant liturgy.  There was with Pope Paul VI an ecumenical intention to remove, or, at least to correct, or, at least to relax, what was too Catholic in the traditional sense in the Mass and, I repeat, to get the Catholic Mass closer to the Calvinist mass."19

Tearing the Heart Out of The Roman Rite

Judging the Novus Ordo Missae (New Mass) in itself, in its official Latin form, Cardinals Ottaviani and Bacci wrote to Paul VI on Sept. 25, 1969:  "The Novus Ordo represents, both as a whole and in its details, a striking departure from the Catholic theology of the Mass as it was formulated in Session 22 of the Council of Trent."20 Of the 12 Offertory prayers in the Traditional Rite, only two are retained in the New Mass.21  And of interest is the fact that the deleted prayers are the same ones that Luther and Cranmer eliminated.  Why did they eliminate them?  Because, as Luther said, they "smacked consecration of Sacrifice, the abomination called the offertory, and from this point on almost everything stinks of oblation."22

The Offertory and Consecration are the very heart of the True Mass.

Anything But A Sacrifice

Martin Luther said,  "The Mass is not a sacrifice ... call it Benediction, Eucharist, the Lord's Table, the Lord's Supper, Memory of the Lord or whatever you like, just so long as you do not dirty it with the name of a Sacrifice."23 16th century Protestant reformer, Thomas Cranmer said:  "The use of an altar is to make sacrifice upon; the use of a table to serve men to eat upon."24  When you line up the New Mass with the Anglican schismatic Book of Common Prayer (1549), they are almost identical; in fact, the Book of Common Prayer is more reverent than the New Mass.

The Law of Prayer Establishes the Law of Belief

Christopher Monchton informs us that in the English version of the New Mass there are over 400 mistranslations from the Latin.25  Almost 100 percent of the new Masses around the world are said in the vernacular. Just changing the Mass into vernacular is, in itself, condemned.  Session 12, Canon 9 of the Council of Trent says:  "If anyone says ... that the Mass should be said in vernacular only, let him be anathema."26 Constitution, "Auctorem Fidei," August 28, 1794, Pope Pius VI (1775-1799) The Suitable Order to Be Observed in Worship #33.

The proposition of the Synod condemns the following in regard to the Mass:  "by recalling it (the Liturgy) to a greater simplicity of Rites, by expressing it in the vernacular language, by uttering it in a loud voice."  These changes were condemned by Pope Pius VI as "rash, offensive to pious ears, insulting to the Church, favorable to the charges of heretics against it."27 The New Mass is Pleasing to Protestant and Jew Alike In the offertory of the New Mass the priest says precisely the same words as those which are used in the Jewish sater service.  These are the words:  "Blessed art thou, O Lord God of all creation.  For through your goodness we have this bread to offer, fruit of the earth and work of human hands it will become for us the bread of life.  This wine to offer, fruit of the vine and work of human hands it will become for us our spiritual drink."28  It's frightening to think that the offertory of the New Mass is taken word for word from the sater meal of the Jewish holiday of Passover.  In the New Mass the Priest offers bread and wine; however, in the True Mass, the Priest offers the Immaculate Victim.  It is a blasphemy to offer God bread and wine.

In the Novus Ordo Requiem Masses (the Mass for the Dead), the word "Soul" is not mentioned even once.29

Paul VI said on May 24, 1976:  "The New Ordo has been promulgated to replace the old after mature deliberation and in order to fulfill the Council's decisions."30  Canon 6 of the Council of Trent says:  "If anyone says that there are errors in the Canon of the Mass and that therefore it should be abrogated: let him be anathema."31

Back at the Council of Trent, in Session 22, the Council Fathers realized that the Mass was being attacked, and they basically said,  "Let's make sure the Mass remains intact."  After the Council, Quo Primum forever defined the liturgical morals - the Mass Liturgies, both Eastern and Roman.

Quo Primum

St. Pope Pius V said dogmatically and infallibly in Quo Primum that: "It shall be unlawful henceforth and forever throughout the Christian world to sing or to read Masses according to any formula other than this Missal published by us."

The Decree of Quo Primum was irrevocable, and Pope St. Pius V went on further to state in Quo Primum:  "This present Constitution can never be revoked or modified, but shall forever remain valid and have the force of Law . . . And if, nevertheless, anyone would ever dare attempt any action contrary to this Order of ours, handed down for all times, let him know that he has incurred the wrath of Almighty God, and the Blessed Apostles Peter and Paul."32  (July 14, 1570)

Binding Peter's Successors

But, can one Pope change what another Pope has done?In pastoral matters, yes; in matters of Faith, No!  When we talk about the Liturgy we are talking about the Faith.  Quo Primum was not a discipline.  It dealt directly with Faith and morals. Faith and Morals

  • Faith:  What you must believe to be saved.
  • Social Morals:  How man behaves towards other men.
  • Liturgical Morals:  How man behaves towards God.

Liturgy is not arbitrary or dispensable.  The Liturgy is the essence of Catholic Faith. Wrath Foretold For Those Who Destroy the Immemorial Mass

The Bull on witchcraft by Pope Innocent VIII demonstrates that Quo Primum was infallible.  The Bull's language is not nearly as strong as Quo Primum, but ends with these words:  "If any man dare to go contrary to this command, which God forbid, let him know that upon him will fall the wrath of Almighty God, and the Blessed Apostles Peter and Paul."  These are the exact words used in Quo Primum at the end.  In the introduction to the 1928 Catholic Encyclopedia it says (speaking about Innocent VIII's Bull):  "If any man shall presume to go against the tenor let him know that therein he will bring down the wrath of Almighty God and The Blessed Apostles Peter and Paul."  The commentary afterwards says:  "Could words weightier be found?"

Defining Truth and Binding the Faithful

The Encyclopedia goes on to say:  "Are we then to class this Bull in with the Bull Dogmatica Ineffabilis Deus where Pope Pius IX proclaimed the Dogma of the Immaculate Conception?  Such a position is clearly tenable, but even if we do not insist that the Bull of Innocent VIII is an infallible utterance, that it does not in set terms define a Dogma, although it does set forth sure and certain truths, it must be held to be a document of supreme and absolute authority, of dogmatic force."

Pope Pius XI said in his apostolic constitution "Divini Cultus" on December 20, 1928, addressing the connection of the Sacred Liturgy with the Church:  "The Liturgy is an undoubtedly sacred thing; for through it we are brought to God and are joined with Him; we bear witness to our Faith . . . Hence a kind of intimate relationship between Dogma and Sacred Liturgy, and likewise between Christian worship and the sanctification of the people.  Therefore, Pope Celestine I proposed and expressed a Canon of Faith in the venerated formulas of the Liturgy:  "Let the Law of Supplication, (prayer) establish the Law of Believing . . ."33

Anathemas Against the New Missal

7th Session, Canon 13 of the Council of Trent:  The correct Latin translation says:  "If anyone says that the received and approved rites of the Catholic Church, customarily used in the solemn administration of the Sacraments, can be despised or can be freely omitted by the ministers without sin, or can be changed into other new rites by any pastor in the Church whomsoever, let him be anathema."34

This canon states very clearly that the Pope, who is the first and supreme pastor may never change any approved Rite of the Roman Catholic Church.  The Roman Rite was fixed forever by Pope St. Pius V in Quo Primum. Paul VI tried to establish a whole new Roman Rite.  There is only one Roman Rite of the Mass; there cannot be two.

In the Profession of Faith in the Council of Trent, the following was always professed by the priest being ordained; he promises and vows:  "I also receive and admit the accepted and approved rites of the Catholic Church in the solemn administration of all the aforesaid Sacraments."35

It is indisputable that according to the previous pronouncements of the Church that the New Mass is illegal, and therefore cannot be celebrated or attended. The issue of whether there is a valid consecration in the New Mass is another question which we will now address.

The Requirements for Validity

In the decree to the Armenians in the Council of Florence, it states the following:  "All these Sacraments are dispensed in three ways, namely, by things as the matter, by words as the form, and by the person of the minister conferring the Sacrament with the intention of doing as the Church does; if any of these is lacking the Sacrament is not fulfilled."36

Minister, Intention, Matter, and Form

The four main things necessary for a valid celebration of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass:

  1. Minister:  The celebrant must be a validly ordained priest.
  2. Intention:  The celebrant must have the intention of confecting the Sacrament.
  3. Matter:  The elements of the Mass must be wheaten bread and grape wine, made without additives.
  4. Form:  The proper form (words) of consecration must be used.  According to the Council of Trent, these requirements cannot be altered by anyone, not even the Church itself, since they were established by Christ.

Is the New Mass Valid?

Let's first cover the issue as to whether the New Mass is valid by reviewing the vernacular.  In most every vernacular translation of the New Mass, the words "many" have been changed to "all" in the Consecration.  This is not a minor change!  It will be argued that in the New Mass the priest says,  "This is My Body" which are the same words used in the Tridentine Mass and so, if we use the right words for the Consecration of the Body, "This is My Body," we have a Sacrament.  They do not believe anything else is required.  Those who hold to this position ignore the defects in the "form" of the New Mass (essential words needed to confect the Sacrament).  Furthermore, they ignore the fact that the words in the form of the New Mass, while themselves essential to the form of the Sacrament, do not constitute the complete form of the Sacrament.  Others will argue that both consecrations are not imperative to have a valid Sacrament.  This is also contrary to the teaching of the Church.  The proper intention necessary is an intention to confect not one, but both Sacraments.  This is essential for a valid celebration of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

Both Consecrations are Necessary for a Valid Mass

St. Thomas Aquinas says:  "As often as the Sacrifice is offered, the consecration of both species is required, according to the will and institution of Christ.  For Christ at the Last Supper, consecrating each (both) species, commanded:  'Do this in commemoration of me' . . . the very notion of sacrifice . . . demands the consecration of both species.37

De Defectibus

De Defectibus is a long document written by Pope St. Pius V which discusses certain defects which could arise in the celebration of Mass.  It is largely a point of reference so the celebration of Mass would remain the same in all lands for all times.  Defects were described in detail so that priests would always say Mass in the same manner.

Quo Primum and De Defectibus emanated from the Council of Trent.  Both of these documents were found in the front of all Altar Missals as an easy reference for priest offering the Holy Mass. Quo Primum and De Defectibus were first included in the Missale Romanum in 1572.  They were deleted from the ICEL (Committee on English in the Liturgy) version in 1969.

De Defectibus Chapter X, Part 3, prescribes that a Mass interrupted after the Consecration of the Host (because of illness or death of the celebrant) must be continued by another priest, i.e., that the wine must be consecrated to complete and effect the Sacrifice.

In the 1917 Code, Canon 817 states:  "It is unlawful even in the case of necessity, to consecrate one species without the other, or to consecrate both outside the Mass."

The complete form or words of Consecration needed for a valid Sacrament were clearly stated in the Council of Florence.

The Council of Florence, in 1442, declared that the following words must be used for a valid Consecration in the Mass:  "Wherefore the words of Consecration, which are the form of this Sacrament, are these:  'For this is My Body: For this is the Chalice of My Blood, of the new and eternal testament, the mystery of faith: which shall be shed for you and for many unto the remission of sins."38

Various Mass Rites:  "For Many" or "For All"

". . . The Church hast traditionally recognized as valid -- some 76 different rites in various languages, many of which date back to Apostolic times, not one however, has ever used "all" in the form for the Consecration of the Wine."39  Even the Anglican Common Prayer Book of 1549 didn't change the word "many to "all" in the consecration and it was still declared by Pope Leo XIII to be invalid.

Little Words and Letters Can Mean a Lot

Some people may say that discarding or changing a word or words in the Mass isn't a big deal.  Church history has proven that little words, even little letters, can mean alot.

The combats sustained by the Nicean Fathers against the Arians over the definition of the dogma of the Incarnation are witness to the uncompromising zeal for stating the truth without shade of alteration, gloss, or ambiguity which the faith demand in a time of crisis.  Major differences could have been settled at that time by the addition of one single letter.  The problematic homoousios denoting "consubstantial" needed only have been softened to homoiousios denoting "similar in nature."40

Jesus Christ, The Word of God has Spoken

Luke 16:17:  "It is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the Law to fall."

Matthew 5:18:  "For Amen I say unto you, till heaven and earth shall pass, one jot, or one tittle shall not pass of the Law, till all be fulfilled."

Our Lord Jesus Christ did not use the word "all" in the upper room in Matthew 26:26.  He used the word "many."  God help the New Order priest who uses the words which are different from the words that Jesus Christ used.

Perpetual Teaching of the Universal Church

The Church has always taught that the word "all", for very specific reasons, is purposely not used in the Consecration!

St. Alphonsus tells us:  "The words pro vobis et pro multis (for you and for many) are used to distinguish the virtue of the Blood of Christ from its fruits: for the blood of Our Savior is of sufficient value to save all men but its fruits are applied only to a certain number and not to all, and this is their own fault."41  Or, as the theologians say, this Precious Blood is sufficient to save all men, but in reality it does not save all -- it saves only those who cooperate with Grace.  The Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist is not a Sacrament for all men; it is a Sacrament for you and for many.

The Catechism by Decree of The Holy Council of Trent teaches that the additional words "for you and for many, are taken, some from St. Matthew, some from St. Luke, but were joined together by the Catholic Church under the guidance of the Spirit of God . . . With reason, therefore, were the words 'for all' not used, as in this place the fruits of the passion are alone spoken of, and to the elect only did His Passion bring the fruit of salvation."42

St. Thomas Aquinas expressed the same opinion in the Summa, III, Q78, Art. 4, Reply to Objection 8.  Pope Benedict XIV also expressed this opinion in De Missae Sacrificio.

Doubtful Consecration; Must Not Participate

Just for the reason that there is a doubtful Consecration in the New Mass, Catholics are obliged to abstain from any participation in such rites.  Fr. Jone's Moral Theology, Chapter under the Efficacy of the Sacraments Part IV #2, states under examples: "To administer or receive a Sacrament invalidly is a much greater sin than to administer or receive it unfruitfully."43

Pope Innocent XI, in a decree of the Holy Office, March 4, 1679, condemned the idea that a person could follow a probable opinion regarding the value of a sacrament and abandon the safer course.44 Pope Innocent XI condemned this thinking not once, but twice!

Pope Innocent XI

Errors of Michael of Molinos (Condemned in the decree of the Sacred Office, August 28, 1687, and in the Constitutions "Coelestis Pastor," Nov. 20, 1687)45

11.  It is not necessary to reflect upon doubts whether one is proceeding rightly or not."  (Condemned)46

"Condemned as heretical, suspect, erroneous, scandalous, blasphemous, offensive to pious ears, rash, or relaxed Christian discipline, subversive, and seditious respectively."47

Fr. Henry Davis says in his Moral and Pastoral Theology Vol. 2 p. 27:  "In conferring the Sacrament, as also in the Consecration in the Mass, it is never allowed to adopt a probable course of action as to validity and to abandon the safer course.  The contrary was explicitly condemned by Pope Innocent XI (1676-1689); to do so would be a grievous sin against religion, namely an act of irreverence towards what Christ Our Lord has instituted."48

"It would be a grievous sin against Charity, as the recipient would probably be deprived of the graces and effects of the Sacrament.  It would be a grievous sin against Justice, as the recipient has a right to valid Sacraments.  Matter and form must be certainly valid.  Hence, one may not follow a probable opinion and use either doubtful matter or form.  Acting otherwise, one commits a sacrilege."49  That is one reason why the New Mass is a sacrilege.

Sacrilege By Which He is Offended

The New Mass is a sacrilege because it is a deliberate counterfeit of the established Mass of the Roman Rite.  The True Mass was given a definite and unchangeable form by St. Pope Pius V so sacrilege could be avoided and condemned.

St. Thomas Aquinas describes a sacrilege:  "In a sacrilege, we find a special type of deformation, namely the violation of a sacred thing by treating it with irreverence."  (Summa. II Q. 99, Art. 2)

What Part Does Truth Have With Error?

If the Novus Ordo Missae is not Catholic, then it cannot satisfy one's Sunday obligation, and would be a grievous sin to attend.  St. Thomas Aquinas said:  "Falsehood in outward worship occurs on the part of the worshipper, and especially, in common worship which is offered by minister impersonating the whole Church. For even as he would be guilty of falsehood who would, in the name of another person, proffer things that are not committed to him, so too does man incur the guilt of falsehood who, on the part of the Church gives worship to God contrary to the manner established by the Church or Divine Authority, and according to the ecclesiastical custom.  Hence, St. Ambrose says:  "He is unworthy who celebrates the mystery otherwise than as Christ delivered it."50

Pope Innocent III, one of the greatest jurists, said:  "No one may depart from the universal customs of the Church."51

Saint Pope Pius X said in Pascendi Dominic Gregis"For Catholics nothing will remove the authority of the Second Council of Nicea, where it condemns those who dare, after the impious novelties of some kind or to endeavor by malice or craft to overthrow anyone of the legitimate traditions of the Catholic Church."

The English Martyrs' Blood Testifies Against the New Mass

The New Mass is strikingly similar to the service instituted by Cranmer (the liturgist of Henry VIII) following the Protestant Reformation. Pope St. Pius V told Catholics, at that time, that they were forbidden to attend such services.  In fact, many went to their death rather than go to the churches where Cranmer's form of prayer was being said.  If true Catholics went to their death rather than attend a mass such as the Novus Ordo, the response of the faithful today must be the same.

A New Liturgy For A New Religion

You need a new liturgy for a new religion.  Just because the original Novus Ordo Missae had a few similarities to the True Mass, that doesn't make it Catholic.  Consider the following description of the early Lutheran service, as given by the great Jesuit scholar, Hartmann Grisar:  "One who entered the parish church at Wittenburg after Luther's 'victory' discovered that the same vestments were used for divine service as before, and heard the same old Latin hymns.  The host was elevated and exhibited at the consecration.  In the eyes of the people it was the same Mass as before, despite the fact that Luther omitted all the prayers which represented the sacred function of the Sacrifice.  The people were intentionally kept in the dark on this point.  'We cannot draw the common people away from the Sacrament, and it will probably be thus until the Gospel is well understood,' said Luther. 'The rite of celebration of the Mass,' he explained, is a 'purely external thing,' and he said further that 'the damnable words referring to the Sacrifice could be omitted all the more readily, since the ordinary Christian would not notice the omission and hence there was no danger of scandal.'"52

The Morality of the New Mass

The Council of Trent, Canons on the Most Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, Canon 3 says:

"If anyone says that the Sacrifice of the Mass is merely an offering of praise and thanksgiving, or that it is a simple memorial of the Sacrifice offered on the Cross, and that it should not be offered for the living and the dead, for sins, punishments, satisfaction, and other necessities: let him be anathema."53

The New Mass is only an offering of praise and thanksgiving.  At the New Mass anything can and does go.  If the only church in town happened to be a protestant church, a Catholic surely could not attend services there.  The same principle applies to the New Mass.  Since it is not a Catholic Mass, a Catholic has no business being there.  In fact, in most churches the New Mass would not even qualify to be a Protestant service.  Many New Masses have laughing, joking, clapping, singing, dancing, hugging, kissing, flutes, guitars, charismatics calling up spirits, homosexual priests, Eucharistic ministers, communion in the hand, immodest dress, no dresses, no head coverings, no reverence, etc...

As the Antichrist will be so evil because he will claim to be the Real Jesus and will not be, so the New Mass is evil because it claims to be the Real Mass and is not.  The New Mass is a deliberate counterfeit of the True Mass, and a non-Catholic service.  It is very clear that according to the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church it would be a grievous sin to attend the New Mass.  This is why the New Mass is deadly.

SIXTY-TWO REASONS

why, in conscience, we cannot attend the New Mass

(Also known as Mass of Pope Paul VI, Novus Ordo, new liturgy) either in the vernacular or the Latin, whether facing the people or facing the tabernacle.  Thus, for the same reasons, we adhere faithfully to the traditional Mass (also known as Tridentine Mass, old Latin Mass, Roman Missal, Pian Missal, Missal of St. Pius V, Mass of All Time). —Based on the Sixty Reasons set forth by 25 diocesan priests of the Diocese of Campos, Brazil.)

1. Because the New Mass is not an unequivocal Profession of Catholic Faith (which the traditional Mass is), it is ambiguous and Protestant.  Therefore since we pray as we believe, it follows that we cannot pray with the New Mass in Protestant fashion and still believe as Catholics!

2. Because the changes were not just slight ones but actually "deal with a fundamental renovation ... a total change ... a new creation."  (Msgr. A. Bugnini, co-author of the New Mass.)

3.  Because the New Mass leads us to think "that truths ... can be changed or ignored without infidelity to that sacred deposit of doctrine to which the Catholic Faith is bound forever."*

4. Because the New Mass represents "a striking departure from the Catholic theology of the Mass as formulated in Session XXII of the Council of Trent" which, in fixing the "canons," provided an "insurmountable barrier to any heresy against the integrity of the Mystery."*

5. Because the difference between the two is not simply one of mere detail or just modification of ceremony, but "all that is of perennial value finds only a minor place (in the New Mass), if it subsists at all."*

6.  Because "Recent reforms have amply demonstrated that fresh changes in the liturgy could lead to nothing but complete bewilderment in the faithful who already show signs of uneasiness and lessening of faith."*

7. Because in times of confusion such as now, we are guided by the words of our Lord: "By their fruits you shall know them."  Fruits of the New Mass are: 30% decrease in Sunday Mass attendance in U.S. (NY Times 5/24/75), 43% decrease in France (Cardinal Marty), 50% decrease in Holland (NY Times 1/5/76).

8. Because "amongst the best of the clergy the practical result (of the New Mass) is an agonizing crisis of conscience ..."*

9.  Because in less than seven years after introduction of the New Mass, priests in the world decreased from 413,438 to 243,307—almost 50%.  (Holy See Statistics).

10. Because "The pastoral reasons adduced to support such a grave break with tradition ... do not seem to us sufficient."*

11. Because the New Mass does not manifest Faith in the Real Presence of our Lord—the traditional Mass manifests it unmistakably.

12. Because the New Mass confuses the REAL Presence of Christ in the Eucharist with His MYSTICAL Presence among us (proximating Protestant doctrine).

13. Because the New Mass blurs what ought to be a sharp difference between the HIERARCHlC Priesthood and the common priesthood of the people (as does Protestantism).

14. Because the New Mass favors the heretical theory that it is THE FAITH of the people and not THE WORDS OF THE PRIEST which makes Christ present in the Eucharist.

15. Because the insertion of the Lutheran "Prayer of the Faithful" in the New Mass follows and puts forth the Protestant Error that all the people are priests.

16. Because the New Mass does away with the Confiteor of the priest, makes it collective with the people, thus promoting Luther's refusal to accept the Catholic teaching that the priest is judge, witness and intercessor with God.

17. Because the New Mass gives us to understand that the people concelebrate with the priest—which is against Catholic theology!

18. Because six Protestant ministers collaborated in making up the New Mass (George, Jasper, Shepherd, Kunneth, Smith and Thurian).

19.  Because just as Luther did away with the Offertory—since it very clearly expressed the sacrificial, propitiatory character of the Mass—so also the New Mass did away with it, reducing it to a simple Preparation of the Gifts.

20.  Because enough Catholic theology has been removed that Protestants can, while keeping their antipathy for the true Roman Catholic Church, use the text of the New Mass without difficulty.  Protestant Minister Thurian said that a fruit of the New Mass "will perhaps be that the non-Catholic communities will be able to celebrate the Lord's Supper using the same prayers as the Catholic Church."  (La Croix 4/30/69)

21. Because the narrative manner of the Consecration in the New Mass infers that it is only a memorial and not a true sacrifice (Protestant thesis).

22. Because by grave omissions, the New Mass leads us to believe that it is only a meal (Protestant doctrine) and not a sacrifice for the remission of sins (Catholic doctrine).

23. Because the changes such as: table instead of altar, facing people instead of tabernacle, Communion in the hand, etc., emphasize Protestant doctrines (e.g. Mass is only a meal, priest only a president of the assembly, etc.).

24. Because Protestants themselves have said "the new Catholic Eucharistic Prayers have abandoned the false perspective of sacrifice offered to God."  (La Croix 12/10/69).

  25.  Because we are faced with a dilemma: either we become Protestantized by worshipping with the New Mass, or else we preserve our Catholic Faith by adhering faithfully to the traditional Mass of All Time.

  26.  Because the New Mass was made in accordance with the Protestant definition of the Mass: "The Lord's Supper or Mass is a sacred synaxis or assembly of the people of God which gathers together under the presidence of the priest to celebrate the memorial of the Lord."  (Par. 7 Introd. to the New Missal, defining the New Mass, 4/6/69).

27.  Because by means of ambiguity, the New Mass pretends to please Catholics while pleasing Protestants; thus it is "double-tongued" and offensive to God who abhors any kind of hypocrisy: "Cursed be ... the double-tongued for they destroy the peace of many."  (Sirach 28:13).

28. Because beautiful, familiar Catholic hymns which have inspired people for centuries, have been thrown out and replaced with new hymns strongly Protestant in sentiment, further deepening the already distinct impression that one is no longer attending a Catholic function.

29. Because the New Mass contains ambiguities subtly favoring heresy, which is more dangerous than if it were clearly heretical since a half-heresy half resembles the truth!

30.   Because Christ has only one Spouse, the Catholic Church, and her worship service cannot also serve religions that are at enmity with her.

31.  Because the New Mass follows the format of Cranmer's heretical Anglican Mass and the methods used to promote it follow precisely the methods of the English heretics.

32.  Because Holy Mother Church canonized numerous English martyrs who were killed because they refused to participate at a Mass such as the New Mass!

33.  Because Protestants who once converted to Catholicism are scandalized to see that the New Mass is the same as the one they attended as Protestants.  One of them, Julien Green, asks "Why did we convert?"

34.  Because statistics show a great decrease in conversions to Catholicism following use of the New Mass.  Conversions, which were up to 100,000 a year in the U.S., have decreased to less than 10,000!

35.  Because the traditional Mass has forged many saints.  "Innumerable saints have been fed abundantly with the proper piety towards God by it..."  (Pope Paul VI, Const. Apost. Missale Romanum)

36.  Because the nature of the New Mass is such as to facilitate profanations of the Holy Eucharist, which occur with a frequency unheard of with the traditional Mass.

37.  Because the New Mass, despite appearances, conveys a New Faith, not the Catholic Faith.  It conveys Modernism and follows exactly the tactics of Modernism, using vague terminology in order to insinuate and advance Error.

38. Because by introducing optional variations, the New Mass undermines the unity of the liturgy, with each priest liable to deviate as he fancies under the guise of creativity.  Disorder inevitably results, accompanied by lack of respect and by irreverence.

39. Because many good Catholic theologians, canonists and priests do not accept the New Mass, and affirm that they are unable to celebrate it in good conscience.

40. Because the New Mass has eliminated such things as: genuflections (only three remain), purification of the priest's fingers in the chalice, preservation from all profane contact of priest's fingers after Consecration, sacred altar stone and relics, three altar cloths (reduced to one), all of which "only serve to emphasize how outrageously faith in the dogma of the Real Presence is implicitly repudiated."*

41. Because the traditional Mass, enriched and matured by centuries of Sacred Tradition, was codified (not invented!) by a Pope who was a Saint, Pius V; whereas the New Mass was artificially fabricated.

42. Because the Errors of the New Mass which are accentuated in the vernacular version are even present in the Latin text of the New Mass.

43. Because the New Mass, with its ambiguity and permissiveness, exposes us to the wrath of God by facilitating the risk of invalid celebrations.  "Will priests of the near future who have not received the traditional formation, and who rely on the Novus Ordo with the intention of 'doing what the Church does,' consecrate validly?  One may be allowed to doubt it."*

44. Because the abolition of the traditional Mass recalls the prophecy of Daniel 8,12: "And he was given power against the perpetual sacrifice because of the sins of the people" and the observation of St. Alphonsus de Liguori that because the Mass is the best and most beautiful thing which exists in the Church here below, the devil has always tried by means of heretics to deprive us of it.

45. Because in places where the traditional Mass is preserved, the faith and fervor of the people are greater, whereas the opposite is true where the New Mass reigns.  (Report on the Mass, Diocese of Campos, ROMA, Buenos Aires, #69, 8/81)

46. Because along with the New Mass goes also a new catechism, a new morality, new prayers, new ideas, a new calendar in one word, a New Church, a complete revolution from the old.  "The liturgical reform ... do not be deceived, this is where the revolution begins."  (Msgr. Dwyer, Archbishop of Birmingham, spokesman of Episcopal Synod).

47. Because the intrinsic beauty of the traditional Mass attracts souls by itself; whereas the New Mass, lacking any attractiveness of its own, has to invent novelties and entertainments in order to appeal to people.

48. Because the New Mass embodies numerous errors condemned dogmatically at the Council of Trent (Mass totally in vernacular, words of Consecration spoken aloud, etc.  See Condemnation of Jansenist Synod of Pistoia), and errors condemned by Pope Pius XII (e.g. altar in form of a table.  See Mediator Dei).

49. Because the New Mass attempts to transform the Catholic Church into a new, ecumenical Church embracing all ideologies and all religions right and wrong, truth and error a goal long dreamt of by the enemies of the Catholic Church.

50. Because the New Mass, in removing the salutations and final blessing when the priest celebrates alone, shows a disbelief in the dogma of the Communion of Saints.

51. Because the altar and tabernacle are now separated, thus marking a division between Christ in His priest-and-Sacrifice-on-the-altar, from Christ in His Real Presence in the tabernacle, "two things which of their very nature, must remain together."  (Pius XII)

52. Because the New Mass no longer constitutes a vertical worship from man to God, but instead a horizontal worship between man and man.

53.  Because the New Mass, although appearing to conform to the dispositions of Vatican Council II, in reality opposes its instructions, since the Council declared its desire to conserve and promote the traditional rite.

54. Because the traditional Latin Mass of Pope St. Pius V has never been legally abrogated and therefore remains a true rite of the Catholic Church by which Catholics may fulfill their Sunday obligation.

55.  Because Pope St. Pius V granted a perpetual Indult, valid "for always," to celebrate the traditional Mass freely, licitly, without scruple of conscience, punishment, sentence or censure.  (Papal Bull "Quo Primum").

56.  Because Pope Paul VI, when promulgating the New Mass, himself declared, "The rite ... by itself is NOT a dogmatic definition ..."  (11/19/69)

57.  Because Pope Paul VI, when asked by Cardinal Heenan of England, if he was abrogating or prohibiting the Tridentine Mass, answered: "It is not my intention to prohibit absolutely the Tridentine Mass."

58.  Because "In the Libera Nos of the New Mass, the Blessed Virgin, the Apostles and all the Saints are no longer mentioned; her and their intercession thus no longer asked, even in time of peril."*

59.  Because in none of the three new Eucharistic Prayers (of the New Mass) is there any reference ... to the state of suffering of those who have died, in none the possibility of a particular Memento, thus undermining faith in the redemptive nature of the Sacrifice.*

60.   Because we recognize the Holy Father's supreme authority in his universal government of Holy Mother Church, but we know that even this authority cannot impose upon us a practice which is so CLEARLY against the Faith: a Mass that is equivocal and favoring heresy and therefore disagreeable to God.

61.  Because, as stated in Vatican Council I, the "Holy Spirit was not promised to the successors of Peter, that by His revelation they might make new doctrine, but that by His assistance they might inviolably keep and faithfully expound the revelation or deposit of faith delivered through the Apostles."  (D.S. 3070)

62.  Because heresy, or whatever clearly favors heresy, cannot be matter for obedience.  Obedience is at the service of Faith and not Faith at the service of obedience!  In this foregoing case then, "One must obey God before men."  (Acts of the Apostles 5,29)

We do not pray at the Holy Mass,

but the Holy Mass itself is our Greatest Prayer.”

(Saint Pope Pius X)

Conclusion

All of Heaven seems to be prolific now on Earth in these end days.  God The Father, Jesus, The Holy Spirit, and Our Blessed Mother are telling us the truth about the current conditions on our altars and in our Masses.  It is time for the "Table of Restoration" for which God The Father, through His messenger Margaret Durbin, now requests us to pray.

In this "Table of Restoration" the agenda is as follows:

1.)  -First, we must restore our Holy Scriptures, line by  line;

2.)  -Secondly, we must restore our Sacraments, line by line;

3.)  -Third, we must restore our Liturgical Calendar; and

4.)  -Finally, as the crowning achievement at the "Table of Restoration" we must restore our Holy Mass, line by line, first in Latin, and then in English and all the other vernacular languages.  Priest "Peter" Khoat Van Tran can assist with this.

Before the "Table of Restoration" is convened in America, we need first to get our active, secular prayers back in the secular places before secular events and in secular schools, through our Pope's invitation as he travels across our land, inviting Americans from east coast to west coast to the secular prayers again.  Our Blessed Mother has said, "The secular prayers are also necessary."  For so long (since 1962), God's active expression has been locked into churches and homes in our USA.  It is now time for God's active expression to come above ground, to be seen and heard in the secular places across America, to make us spiritually ready for the "Table of Restoration" for our Universal Church.

The needs of all will be met in the Masses of the "True New Time" of God The Father.  God The Father has stated to His messenger Margaret Durbin that the true Tridentine Latin Mass must also be read throughout the world in all the vernacular languages as well, for He angrily states that He is not in the current English Novus Ordo Mass.  Mary Agnes Kumar points out that the restoration of our Church is essential for the proper and safe development of new sciences of the True New Time, all given to us by God The Father for saving the planet and renewing the face of the Earth.  These new sciences were revealed to the deceased Dad of Mary Agnes Kumar, through whom God The Father also requested earlier in the 1960's a "Table of Restoration" for the Universal Church that cannot be overturned by any future council and which stands for  all  time.  Mary Agnes’ Dad died in 1976.

With Heaven's help, we will rebuild, restore, and renew the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church, making the Bride of Christ beautiful in every way for the arrival of the Groom.  Before Vatican II Council was finished, God The Father revealed to George Russell Vaughan, the Dad of Mary Agnes Kumar, that an important priest holding onto the "old Latin Mass" would cross her path, and her Dad told her the ways to recognize him.  Her Dad said that this priest would be helpful to the Pope at an upcoming "Table of Restoration" for the restoration of the Mass.  That priest is Priest "Peter" Khoat Van Tran, and he has written a book on the condition of our Sacraments, and he has written five books for the True New Time, and he has a special library that will be very important at the "Table of Restoration" with its books that are out of print.  We pray now for a successful "Table of Restoration" that it will be a true labor of love that unites all God's people.  All of Heaven is behind us now.

With love for The Christian Mind of Jesus,

Mary Agnes Kumar, Secretary/Family Life Congress
